It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
Surveyors of the highways & Inhitants of the parish
of St. Ann Westmr. in this County doe attend this
Court on Saturday next at three of the clock in
the afternoon to answer what Shall be objected
against them for not repaireing a high way in
the said parish being out of repaire, for not repaireing
whereof the Inhitants of the said parish are &
stand presented by William Dobyns< no role > & Nichas
Phillpott< no role > Esqrs : two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for
this County,
