The Commissioners for Victualling His Majesty's Navy
give Notice, that on Friday the 7th of October next, in
the Forenoon, they will be ready to receive Proposals in
writing seated up as their Office on Tower Hill , from all
Such Persons as are willing to Serve His Majesty's Navy
with Butter, Suffolk, and Cheeshire Cheese, for the Pear
ensuing, to end at Michaelmas 1721.

The Commissioners of His Majesty's Customs having
received a Letter by the Post, without Name or Date,
complaining, that the inferiour Officers meet with hard
Usage from their Collectors, in relation to the Seizures
which are made by the said inferiour Officers; the said
Commissioners do hereby give Notice, that if the Person
who wrote the Said Letter will make Proof of what is
therein mentioned, be will have all fitting Encou-
ragement.

By the Commissioners and Trustees for Sale of the For-
feited Estates in Scotland : This is to give Notice, That
the real Estate of James Stirling< no role > , late of Keir , attaint-
ed is to be exposed to Sale, by Cane or Auction, at the
Commissioners Office in Edinburgh on the 11th of October
next, at Ten in the Forenoon. Particulars Whereof, and
of the Terms of Sale, may be had at the Said Office, at
the Office of the Commissioners and Trustees for the Forfeit-
ed Estates in England in Essex-Street in the Strand , at
Garraway's Coffee-House in Exchange-Alley and Mr. Ed-ward Castles< no role > , Stationer , in Scotland-Yard near White-
hall .

The Court of Directors of the United Company of Mer-
chants of England trading to the East-Indies , do here-
by give Notice, that a General Court of the Said Com-
pany will be holden at the East-India House in Leaden-
hall-Street , London , on Wednesday the 28th Instant , at
Eleven in the Forenoon; the Same being a Quarterly
Court.

The Directors of the Westminster Fire-Office do hereby
give Notice, that a half yearly General Meeting of the
Contributors will be held at their Office at Tom's Coffee-
House in St. Martins-Lane , on Friday the 14th of Octo-
ber next, at Three in the Afternoon, for electing Directors
for the Tear ensuing. N. B. Printed Lists of the Mem-
bers lie ready at the Office to be delivered to the Con-
tributors.

A Copyhold Estate of Inheritance, late the Estate of Mrs

Parish of Hackney is the County of Middlesex , is to be
sold, by Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before Robert
Holford
< no role > Esq : one of the Masters of the said Court: Particu-
lars are to be had at the said Master's Chambers in Sy-
mond's Inn.

Lost on Monday last, the 21st Instant , a Lottery Order of
[..] in the Name of Sarah Harding< no role > , No 90, in the 127th
Course: If any one has taken it up, and will bring it
to Mr.Smith at Mr. Burton's, Cheesemonger, in Chandois-
Street over against Round-Court , Covent-Garden , shall re-
ceive two Guineas Reward, and no Questions asked, Care being
taken that it is of no Use but to the Owner.

Lost a small black spaniel Bitch with a little White on her
under Jaw, and her Ears a little rounded. Whoever brings
her to Mr. Cornwell at the Castle Tavern in Drury-Lane ,
or to Mr. Cornford at the Golden Lyon at Hide Part-Corner ,
shall receive five Guineas Reward, and no Questions asked.

WHereas on the 13th Instant a little fat Man, with a light
Wig and Cinamon coloured Coat, with a Wastecoat
with Silver Buttons and Button-Holes, came to Mr.
Cole's at the Swan at Botisham Town's End , near Cambridge;
and they suspecting him to be a Rogue, strove to take him,
and in the struggle out him about the Neck, on which he made
off, and left behind him a bay Nag, with a Saddle, Bridle, great
Coat and Bags: If any Person will come and own the Horse
and Things, and tell the Marks, may have them again, pay-
ing the Charges.

THis is to give Notice to all People whom it may concern,
that John Buchan< no role > , Pawnbroker at the Three Blue Balls
in Charles-Court , in the Strand , near Hungerford-Mar-
ket , designs to give over his Business three Months after Date,
therefore desires all Persons concerned to release their Goods
within the time of the said three Months, or else the said John
Buchan
< no role > will dispose of the Goods for his Own Use: This Notice
is given that such as are concerned may have no Excuse.

WHereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded against
Daniel Dellavell< no role > , late of Stepney , in the County of
Middlesex , Merchant , and he being declared a Bank-
rupt ; is hereby required to surrender himself to the Com-
missioners on the 28th Instant , and on the 5th and 24th of
October next , at Three in the Afternoon, at Guildhall , Lon-
don ; at the second of which sittings the Creditors are to
come prepared to prove their Depts, pay Contribution Money,
and chuse Assignees, All Persons indebted to the said Bank-
rupt, or that have any Goods or Effects of his in their Hands,
are not to pay or deliver the same but to whom the Commissi-

of October next , at Ten in the Forenoon, at the House of

in the City of York , to make a Dividend of the said Bank-
rupt thate; when and where the Creditors who have not

are to come prepared to do the same, or they will to excluded

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awar-

vidend of the said Bankrupt's Estate; when and where the
Creditiors who have not already proved their Debts and paid

same, or they will be excluded the Benefit at the said Dividend.

London , Vintner , hath surrendered himself (Pursuant
to Notice) and been twice examined; This is to give
Notice, that be will attend the Commissioners on the 6th
of October next , at Three in the Afternoon, at Guildhall ,

ditiors are to come prepared to prove their Debts, pay Contri-
bution Money, and to object, if they think is against the
Commissioners making his Certificate in order for his Discharge.

Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City, and his War-
rant signed thereupon, directed to the Keeper at the said Pri-
son, (together with a Writing importing Notice thereof to all
the said Prisoners Creditors) to being them to the next Gene-
ral Quarter Sessions of the Peace, to be held for the said City,
on the 10th of October next , or the next Adjourment, to be
discharged, pursuant to an Act lately passed her Relief of Insol-
vent Debtors, Etc. and they contorming themselves in all things
as the Act directs, their respective Creditors are to take Notice
thereof.

Baker , Prisoner in the Prison of the Mannor of Penrgn ,
in the said County; being inferted in a List delivered
in upon Oath by the Keeper of the said Prison, at the last Ge-
neral Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the said County;
and having petitioned one of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County, and his Warrant signed thereupon,
directed to the Keeper of the said Prison (together with a
Writing importing Notice thereof to all the said Prisoner's Cre-
ditors) to bring him to the next General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace to be held her the said County, to be discharged,
pursuant to an Act lately passed for Relief of Insolvent Deb-
tors, Etc. and he conforming himself in all things as the Act
directs, his respective Creditors are to take Notice thereof.

of Pontefract aforesaid, being inserted in a List delivered

petitioned one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said Borough and his Warrant signed thereupon, directed to
the keeper of the said Prison (together with a Writting im-
porting Notice thereof to all the said Prisoner's Creditors) to
bring him to the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
to be held for the said Borough, on the 24th of October
next , to be discharged pursuant to an Act lately passed for
Relief of Insolvent Debtors Etc. and he conforming himself
