It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended unto Robert Dennett< no role >
Doiley Michell< no role > and Samuel Perry< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County or any two
of them to Sumon before them the Overseers of the poor of the precinct of St. Katherines
in this County and to examine into the truth of the peticoners complaint, And to certify
their opinion touching the premises within menconed unto his Maties Justices of the
peace at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County.
