or keepe any drolls poppitt shows Interludes or games upon any
part of his Maties Said Highways leading through the Townes of Stratford
le Bow & Bromley aforesaid or either of them nor place any Carts
or Carriadges in any part of the Said Highway whereby any of his
Maties hege Subjects may be in amy wife obstructed in theirfree passenger
thro' the Same And that noe pson or psons whatsoever doe prsume
to sell or retaile any Brandy Beer else or other Liquors in any Such
Booths or Shedds upon any prtence whatsoever as they and every of
them will Answer the contrary att their pills And if any pson or psons
whatsoever shall begin to [..] Erect or causeor causeto be
Erected any Shedds or Booths on any part of the said highway or
place any Carts or Carriagestherein to the annogame
of his Maties Subjects passing through the Same the cheife Constable
of the Towne Division in this County And alsoe the Severall
Petty Constables & Headboroughs of Stratford to Bow and
Bromley aforesaid are hereby required to apprehend the bodyes
of the psons Erecting Such Booths or Shedds & to carry them before
one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County to Answer
for the Contempt of this Order & be further dealt with according to law
