conceive the said last menconed confirmacon to be void and
therefore appealed against the same unto this Court Itt is
Ordered by this Court that the matter of the said Complaint
be heard & determined by this Court on Friday next att term
of the clock in the forenoon And that the persons menconed
in the said last menconed Confirmacon doe attend this Court
att the same time to hear & abide the Judgment and
