To the Worpfull his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx in Sessions
Assembled

The Answer of the Justices appointed by an Acts
of Parliament made [..] in the third Year of
his prsent Maties [..] led an Act for repairing
the [..] therein menconed
[..] house & Hampstead
in the County of [..] Report of the
Comittee of Justices app [..] two Several Orders
of Sessions the one [..] Sessions and the
other in October Sessions [..]

The Sd. Trustees crave leave to represent to Yor. Worps that being
desirous to giveyouthe best Satisfaction they could to Yor. Comittee
of the discharge of the Trusts comitted to the Sd. Trustees by the sd
Act of Parliamt. they did give Orders to their Clerk to Attend the Sd.
Comittee from time to time, and to lay before them all their Books
Papers and Accots. both as to their Receipts and payments and all other
their transactions in relation to the Turnpike in Order to the
Comittees perusal and Examinacon thereof, Which their Clerke
accordingly did.

The Said Trustees are well pleased to find that nothing is insputed to
them by the Sd. Report as a want of [..] appearing the rainous
parts of the Roads under their Trust and [..] Misapplications
of the publick moneye, touching wh [..] hope they can very
well Justice themselves to Yor. Worp [..] they had been heard
before the Sd Courtt [..] matters for which
the Trustees are ensured by the Sd [..] are of opinion
that the Comittee would have found [..] son for the Same
And as to the Reflections of the Comittee upon the Trustees for
making and varying of their Order [..] time to time the Trustees
in their [..] indication Say, that in the course of their proceedings in
relation to the Sd. Trust, they frequently found Occasion to inlarge
and alter some of the Orders which they had before made, and do not
