Cripplegate in the County of Middx. And to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Psh: of St. Bridgetts alis Brides in the
City of London And to every of them And to all others whome these
may Concerne

Whereas it Appeareth unto us whose hands and Seals are hereunto Sett
Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quorun) by
the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the psh:
of St: Giles without Cripplegate that Robert Lamas< no role > with Ann< no role > his
Wife and one Child Vizt: Robert< no role > aged About Two years are Lately come
and Intruded into the Said Parish Endeavouring to gaine a Legall,
Settlement there Contrary to Law And are Likely to become a Great
Charge to the Same (if not Speedily prevented) And Whereas upon
the Examinacon of the Said Robert Lamas< no role > Taken upon Oath
it Appeares unto us that the place of his last legall Settlement
was in the parish of St. Bridgetts Alis Brides in the City of London
and that he hath not Since Obtain'd any Legall Settlement elsewhere

Therefore we the Said Justices upon the proof Aforesaid and other
Circumstances do Adjuddge and Deem the place of the Last legall
Settlement of the Said Robert Lamas< no role > to be the Said parish of St.
Bridgetts alis Brides in the City of London and Whither by Law
he with Ann< no role > his wife and Robert< no role > their Son Ought to be Sent.

These are therefore in his Maties Name Strichly to charge
and Command you and every of you forthwith upon Sight hereof
to remove and Convey the Said Robert Lamas< no role > [..] with Ann< no role > his wife & Robert< no role > their Son from and out of the
Said parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in and to the Said
[..] Parish of St. Bridgetts alis Brides in the City of London
and Delivers them together with this precesot to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor there or to Some or one of them who are
hereby Required to Receive and provide for them According to Law
Hereof faile not at Yor: Perills Given under our hands & Sealed
this 27th. day of February Anno Dom 1718
