Sheweth

That Susannah< no role > wife of John Hudson< no role > with Margaret< no role > and John< no role >
their Children, were by an Order dated March the tenth last
past under the hands and seals of John Ward< no role > and John Metcalfe< no role >
Esqrs . Two of his Majtyes Justices of the peace forfor the sd County
of Middx Quor Un [..] , removed from the Libtys of Saffron
Hill Hattan Garden in the parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the
sd County of Middx to the parish of St. Ann Westmr . and Since
their Remove all into the sd parish of St Ann. your Petrs.
have carefully required according to the Reasons aledged in
the sd Order, but can not finde That the sd John Hudson< no role > had ever
any legall setlemt. in the sd parish of St. Ann

Your Petrs: therefore humbly conceives themselve
agrieved and appeals from the Judgment of the sd Justices
to the Judgmt. of this Honble: Court and crave a day
of hearing and that the Church: wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the sd parish of St. Andrew Holburn do then
attend, so that the sd Susannah Hudson< no role > and her sd
Children may be so selled as his honble Court in
their wise Judgment shall think fitt:
