the Peace for the County of Midd

The humble peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Lawrence
Old Fewry-in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Warrt or Order bearing date the 22d. day of January last
past under the hands & Seals of John Fuller< no role > & Alexander
Ward
< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Midd (quor unus) Thomas Dewers< no role > & Alice< no role > his wife were
removed & conveyed from the parish of St James Clerkenwell
in the said County of Midd to the said Parish of St Lawrence Old
Jewry -in the said City of London [..] (by the name of
St Lawrence Jewry) as the place of the last legal Setlemt
of the said Thomas & Alice

Yor Petr finding themselves aggrieved by the said Warrt
or Order of the said two Justices humbly appeal to this Court
against the same And pray this Court would be pleased to
appoint a day this prsent Sessions for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St James
Clerkenwell & all other Parties concerned to attend this
Court to hear & abide their Judgmt & determinacon touching
the said appeal
