St Andrew Holborn
in the Liberty of Saffron Hill, Ely Rents and Hatton Garden
in the County of

unto the said parish of
St Bartholomew the Great by the name of great
St Bartholomews
in the Liberty of the City of London
as the place of their last
legal Settlement That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices And Do humbly Appeal to
your Worpps therefrom
Therefore your Petrs most humbly pray your Worpps to hear
them in the prmisses and That the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said parish of St Andrew Holborn in the Liberty aforesd
may appear before you at a certain Day to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determinacon of your Worpps touching this Appeal
And they Shall ever pray Etc
