To the Right Worspfull his Maties Justices of
the peace for the County of Midd assembled in
Quarter Sessions

The humble peticon & Appeal of the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Bromley in
the County of Kent

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of
Thomas Colby< no role > jun and John Smith< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the said County of Midd (Quor anus) bearing date the
fifth day November last past Willm Bunting< no role > late of the said Pish
of Bromley a Lunatick was removed & conveyed from the parish
of Kensington in the said County of Midd to the said parish of Bromley
as the place of his last legal Settlement

Yoe petrs finding themselves aggrieved by the said Warrt
or Order of the said two Justices humbly appeal to this
Court against the Same And pray this Court would appoint
a day this pe sent Quarter Sessions for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Kensington
and all parties concerned to attend this Court to hear &
abide the Judgmt & Determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeal

And yor petrs shall ever pray Etc.
