Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us Two of
his Maties. Justices of ye. Peace for ye. County & Libty aforesaid
(Quor un) by You the Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. Poor of
ye. Sd Pish of St. Paul Covt. Garden That Susanna Sparrow< no role > als
Passaroe< no role > Aged About two Months, was lately brought
into ye. sd Pish of St. Paul Covt. garden Contrary to Law
And is become Chargeable to ye. sd Pish

Oath and other Circumstances That ye: last Legall Settlemt.

Wee the sd. Justices Do therefore adjudge the sd Pish of St.
Ann to be ye. Place of ye. last legall Settlemt: of ye sd Susanna
Sparrow< no role > als Passaroe< no role > as abovesd And we do also Adjudge yt.
Shee is become Chargeable to ye sd. Pish of St. Paul Covt. Garden

als Pasaro< no role > . Out of & from yor. sd Pish Unto ye. sd Pish of St.
Ann , and her deliver unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of ye. Poor there, or Some or one of them Who hereby
required to receive ye. sd Susanna Sparrow< no role > als Pasaroe< no role >
into their Care and Provide for her According to Law
hereof fail not, as You will Answer ye. Contrary at your
Perills Given under our hands and Seals this Six
