Sheweth


That your Peticoner being Indicted
And A Bill found Against him in this
Honble: Court; But Since he has Agreed and
made an end with his Peitt And Generall
Releases Drawer between them; But Your
Peticoner being dangerously Sick Soe that he
is not Able to come Abroad And Draw his
Recognizance as is to be Testifyed by his
Surgeon Mr Hambleton who is here, Therefore
Your Peticoner humbly Desires A Respite
may be Granted him till next Sessions:

Duty bound Shall over pray Etc
