Whereas it has been this Day proved upon oath by
Wm: yeates< no role > and Richd Wilkinson< no role > that James Schegg < no role > here
with Sent you on the 10th: Inst : was found by them
with a bundle of Trees or wood on this Shoulders
in his Majtys: Royall Chase of Enfeild to ye Distenttion [..]
Thereof and Contrary to the Statute made and provided Sd
in that Case and nott being able to give any good
accott: how he Came by ye Same wee are of Oppinion
from the undeniable prooffe before us that he is
Guilty of the fact Charged upon him in breach
of the act of the first year of his present Majesty
These are therefore in his Majts: Name Strickly to
Charge and Require you to take into yr Custody the Said
James Schegg< no role > and him Safety to keep at hard Labour
for three Months without baile or main prize being
before us Sufficiently Convicted and also you the
Keeper of the house of Correction are to See the
Said James Schegg< no role > Publiquely whiped once a month
dureing the time of his Confinement hereby limitted
& appointed pursuant to the Said act and before he
be Discharged to find Sufficient Suretys for his good
behaviour for the Space of two years next Ensuing
the date hereof for which this Shall be your
