The humble Appeale of the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poore of the parish of St. Peter
Le Poore London

Sheweth.

That by an Order dated the 2d. day of Novr. 1717 under
the hands of Robert Kyrby< no role > & Bastwick Johnson< no role > Esqrs .
Two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx (Quorum Unus) by which said Order Thomas Waite< no role >
& Margarett< no role > his Wife with their Four Children Vizt. Susanna
Waite< no role > aged abt. 11 years Elizabeth< no role > aged abt. 9 years Mary< no role > aged
about 6 years & Thomas Waite< no role > aged abt. 3 years (all the lawfull
issue of the said Thomas Waite< no role > & Margaret< no role > his Wife ) were
passed from the parish of St. John of Wapping in the County
of Middx , to the said parish of St. Peter le Poore London
as the place of their last legall Setlement

That the said Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poore
of St. Peter le Poor most humbly Conceive themselves
agreived by the said Order, & pray an Appeale to this
Honoble. Bench

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly rave this
Honoble. Court, to appoint a day for hearing
of yor. Petrs. Appeale agts: the said Order
