The humble Peticon of Martha Pelley< no role > of the Parish of
Wapping Stepney in the sd County Widow

Most Humbly Sheweth

That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish have
Asses'd Yor. Peticoner Eighteen pence P Month towards the Releife of the
poor there for the Year ensuing.

That Your Petr. rents but a house of Nine pounds & Ann in the sd Pish
and has liv'd therein Thirty Years & never was before asses'd to the reliefe of the sd
Poor So that she thinks herselfe very much aggreiv'd by the sd Assessmt.

Yor Peti [..] Therefore most humbly Prays Yor. Worspps to
be pleased to order that she may be releiv'd in the sd prmisses

And Yor. petr. shall ever pray
