Know all Men by these presents that Jane Wyvell< no role > wife of Thomas
Wyvell< no role > of the parish of St. Anne Soho in the County of Middx Gentleman Philippa Dempster< no role >
wife of Nicolas Dempster< no role > of Murcal in that part of Great Brittain called Scotland Esqr . and
Dyonisia Wyndham< no role > wife of Charles Wyndham< no role > of Tale in the County of Devon Esqr
have and every of them hath made ordained Constituted and appointed and
Edward Webbe< no role > and Thomas Penson< no role > both of Grays Inne in the County of
Middlesex Gentlemen their true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys jointly
and Severally all the generall quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the
County of Middlesex next after the date hereof for them the said Jane
Wyvell< no role > Philippa Dempster< no role > and Dyonisia Wyndham< no role > and in their place in open Sessions to subscribe
the names of them the said Jane Wyvell< no role > Philippa Dempter< no role > and Dyonisia Wyndham< no role >
to such Registry and entry as shall be made by Clerk of the peace of
and for the said County of Middlesex or his lawfull Deputy of their names
and estate in a certain Messuage or Tenement in the said County of Middx
in such book or books Roll or Rolls as by a late Act of Parliament
intitled an Act to oblige Papists to Register their name and wall estates
is or are in this behalf directed to be provided and Kept by such
Clerk of the Peace And the said Jane Wyvell< no role > Philippa Dempster< no role > & Dyonisia Wyndham< no role >
Doe and every of them doth hereby further Authorize their said Attorney
and Attorneys or one of them to doe or procure to be done for them the said

or may be requisit and proper to be done for the due Registering their
names and estate according to the true intent and meaning of the said Act of Parliament
And what their said Attorney and Attorneys or either of them shall

Confirm and Allow of as if they in their own proper persons had done
