Know All Men by these Presents That I Francis Birde< no role > of
the Parish of St. Gyles in the Feilds in the County of Middx
Engraver -have made appointed and in my place and stead
put and by these presents doe make appoint and in my place and
stead put Reimerd Watkins< no role > (the Elder) of the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborne in the County of Middx aforesaid Gentl my true and
Lawfull Attorney for me and in my place and Stead at the
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the said
County of Middx in Open Sessions to Subscribe my Name to the
Registry or entry to be made by the Clerke of the Peace for the said
County or his Lawfull Deputy of my Name and all Lands tenements
and Hereditaments scituate lyeing [..] being and ariseing in the
said County whereof I the said Francis Birde< no role > am, or any other
person or persons in trust for me or & or my benefit or Advantage is
or are Seised or possessed or in the receipt or perception of the Rents
or profits, in pursuance of the late Act of Parliament intituled
An Act to Oblige Papists to Register their Names and real
Estates, And of another Act lately made for explaining thereof, And
for enlarging the time for such Registring, And alsoe for me to
make due applicacon tender and payment to the said Clerke of the
Peace or his lawfull Deputy for entring the said Registry of my
Name and Estate And I the said Francis Birde< no role > doe hereby further
Authorize my said Attorney for me and in my Name and place to
doe execute and performe all and every other Act and Acts thing &
things necessary for makeing and perfecting such Registry and
Entry and whatsoever is required or directed by the said Acts of
Parliament or either of them, as fully to all intents and purposes as
I the said Francis Birde< no role > might or. could doe if Personally Present
In Witness whereof I the said Francis Birde have hereunto
Sett my hand and Seale this twenty seventh day of September in
the fourth Yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord George
by the grace of God King of Great Britaine France & Ireland
