Know all Menn by these presents that Edward Chapman< no role > of the
parish of St. Gyles in the Fields in the County of Midlx Mason have made
appointed and in my place and Stead put and by these presons do make appoints
and in my place and Stead put Reimerd Watkins< no role > (the elder) of the parish of St.
Andrew Holborne in the County of Midlx Gentleman my true and lawfull
Attorney for me and in my place and Stead, at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be held for the Said County of Midlx in Open Sessions
to Subscribe my name to the Registry or entry to be made by the Clerke of the
Peace for the Said County or his lawfull Deputy, of my name and all Lands
tenements and Hereditaments Scituate lying being and arising in the Said County
whereof I the Said Edward Chapman< no role > am, or any other person or persons in
trust for me or for my benefit or Adventage is or are Seized or possessed, or
in the receipt or perception of the Rents or profits, in pursuance of the
late Out of Parliament intituled An Act to Oblidge Papists to Register
their names and reale Estates, And of Another Act lately made for explaining
thereof, And for enlarging the time for Such Registring, And alsoe for me
to make due applicacon tender and payment to the Said Clarke of the Peace or his
lawfull Deputy for entring the Said Registry of my name and Estate And
I the Said Edward Chapman< no role > doe hereby further Authorize my Said Attorney
for me and in my name and place to do executer performe ally every other
Act or Acts thing and things necessary for making and perfecting Such
Registry and entry and whatsoever is required or directed by the Said Acts
of Parliament, or either of them, as fully to all intently purposes as I the Said Edwd
Chapman
