Wee the Justices of the peace for the County of Midds haveing
this 2d day of May 1717 read Severall affid. relateing to the
sd. charge vpon A full hearting & exaicon [..] thereof Doe
adjudge & declare that, that part of the sd: Charge is
false groundless & malitious

Resolved that itt appeares to this Court that John Fuller< no role > .
Esqr one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
hath caused to be pullished & printed and is the Author
of a false scandalous & malitious Libell incerted in the
Flying post No. 3948 from tuesday April the 23d to
thursday April the 25th 1717 highly reflecting upon several
Justices of the peace therein named and the Commion of
the peace in generall

Resolved nomine contradicente that the resoluton of this day
relateing to Jo. Fuller< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County be presented to the right honoble.
the Lord high Chancellor of great Brittain and that the Justice
of the [..] peace appointed to present the representaton of this
day relateing to Mr Justice Powys doe present the Same
