als White Chappell in the said County

Sheweth


That by a Judgement or Order under the hands and Seales of
Thomas Sewell< no role > and Samuel Perry< no role > Esqr , two of his Maties:
Justices of the peace for this County (Quorums) bearing date
the nineteenth day of Aprill last Your Petr: is adjudged
the reputed Father of a Male Bastard Child born in the
said Parish on the fifth day of December last on the
body of Mary Duncomb< no role > Widow That your Petr:
there by thinks himself agrieved and humbly
appeals to this Honeble: Court against the same

And prays that your Worshipps
would be pleased to Order the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Said Parish of St: Mary
Mat fellon als White Chappell in the
said County and all other parties
concernd to Attend this Court some
day this present Sessions to hears
and abide the Judgement and
determination of this Court touching
the said Appeale

And your Petr: shall ever pray Etc
