Sheweth

That by Warrant undr. the hands and Seales of John
Metcalfe< no role > and J Liddell Esqrs. two of his Majties. Justices
of the peace for the sd. County (quor unus) bearing date the
Nineteenth day of November Anno Dui 1716. Elizabeth
the wife of Francis Parents and their three Children
Edward aged 13. Yeares, Elizabeth tenn Yeares and Margt.
Six Yeares were past on yor Petrs. from the parish
of St. Andrews Holborne above barrs in the sd County
as the place of the last legall Settlemt. of the sd. Francis

That yor. petr. conceive themselves aggreived by the
ordr. of the sd. two Justices and appeall to Yor. Worspps
therefrom

Yor. Petrss therefore humbly pray Yor Worpps
will appoint a day to heare & determine
the sd. Appeall
