To the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Clements Danes in ye Libty of Westmrs.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us Jeffery
Saunders
< no role > & John Worbey< no role > Esqr two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for ye said County (Quor unus) by the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. Clements Danes that Thomas the< no role > Son of James &< no role >
Frances Nader< no role > and Infant about half A year Old) was
Drop't in Clare Court in ye said Parish on Sunday the 18th
Day of Novr: last & become chargeable thereto:

And upon the Examination of the Francess the
Mother of the said Thomas Nader (upon Oath it Appeareth
unto no that the said Thomas Nader was born in the
Parish of St: Dunstands in ye West in ye Citty of London

These are therefore in His Maties: Named
to will & require you or some of you upon Eight hereof to remove
[..] the Body of [..] Thomas Nader< no role > [..]
of St. Clements Danes to the Parish of St: Dunstand in
ye West in ye Citty of London Who are hereby acquired to
receive & provide for him as other the Poor of their Parish
untill such time as they shall be Received by Due Course
of Law. Hereof fail not Given under our Hands &
Seales this 24th: Day of Decer: 1716 .
