The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: Paul
Covent Garden in the said County

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order Dated the 14th: of December last -
Under the hands and Seals of Tho: Rand< no role > and A. Ward Esqrs . two of his Maties: Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middx. (Quor Unus) George Green< no role > . Was removed-
from the Parish of St: Giles without Cripplegate in the said County of Middx. to
the said parish of St: Paul Covent Garden as the place of his last Legall on
Settlement.

That Your Petrs: find themselves Aggreived by the said Warrant or Order
of the said Two Justices, And humbly Appeal Against the Same to this honble.
Court.

Your Petrs: therefore humbly Pray Yor: Worpl. will be-
Pleas'd to Order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the-
Poor of the said Parish of St: Giles without Cripplegate And
All Other Persons Concern'd to Attend this Court Some day
this present Sessions to hear and Abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court Upon and touching the
said Appeal. And that Your petrs: may have such Reliefe
herein As to Your Worps. Shall Seem meet Etc.
