The humble petition and Appeale of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Martin in the Fields in the said County of
Middx.

Sheweth.

That by an Order under the hands & Seales of
Thomas West< no role > and Robert Kyrby< no role > Two of his Majts. Justices
of the peace for the said County (quor me) bearing date.
the Sixteenth day of July last, Winifred patteloe< no role > wife
of John Patteloe< no role > was removed from the Hamlett of
Lymehouse in the parish of Stepney in the said County.
to your Petr. said parish of St. Martin in the Fields .
Whereby your petrs. humbly conceive they are wronged
and aggrieved.

Your Petrs. therefore humbly appeale.
to your Worps agst. the sd. Order, And
pray your Worps to appoint a day
to heare & determine the same.
