Sheweth

That Yor. petr. did indict last October in this Honble Court (amongst other persons Charles
Beasley< no role > Henry Hiller< no role > percival Chapman< no role > Andrew Down< no role > John Frost< no role > John Fouch< no role > And
William Collins< no role > Inhabitants of the said Parish For refusing to pay to the Highways therein

That the said Persons did appear before this Honble Bench when indicted and did
pay their severall and respective Fees of this Honble Court But by Neglect some
where or other they did not pay yor. Petr.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prays Yor. Worspps
that he may be releiv'd in the said prmisses
