Whereas at the Sessions of Oier & Terminer held for this County by
Adjornment at Hicks Hall aforesaid the ninth day of September last
Elizabeth Chip< no role > p was convicted upon an Indictment against her for
assaulting & dangerously wounding Joseph Worster< no role > Gen one of the
High Constables of the Hundred of Ossulston in this County & was thereupon
ordered sentenced & adjudged (amongst other Things) to be comitted to
the house of Correccon at Clerkwenwell in this County and to be kept to
hard Labour for the Space of six Months without Baile or Mainprise
and whereas it now appeared to this Court that the said Elizabeth
Chipp< no role > had remained in his Maties Goale of Newgate ever since the said
ninth day of September last & had not been sent & Comitted to the sd
House of Correccon pursuant to the said [..] Sentence & Judgment
and the said Elizabeth Chipp< no role > being now brought before this Court to do &
receive what should be enjoyned her by this Court It is thought fit &
ordered that the said Elizabeth Chip< no role > be discharged out of the said Goale
of Newgate & is comitted to the House of Correction aforesaid there to
remaine & be kept to hard Labour for the Space of six months pursuant
to the said former order sentence & Judment.
