the Second Yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord
George by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc Anno qr

for our Soveraigne Lord the King as himselfe in this
Suite Came in person before Peter Lavigne< no role > and
Richard Bealing< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesties Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middx or before
any two or more of the Justices of the peace for the
said County of Middx and there Gave them to Understand
and be Informed that Nathaniel Dodd< no role > of the parish
of St Clements Daines in the said County of Middx
Stationer and Publisher of News papers and Pamphlets
[mark] did upon the Twenty Eighth day of January Last past
and before the date of this Informacon Publish
Sell and Expose to Sale a Pamphlet and News paper
Containing One Sheet and halfe Called and Titled by
the Name of the News Letter not being Stamped or Marked. Or The Title thereof
with the Number of Sheets not being Enter'd in the
Booke kept and provided by the Honorable Comissioner
of his Majesties Stamp Duties to denote the payment
of the duties Charged upon all Such News papers and
Pamphlets as in and by the Act of Parliament is
made and provided by Which the said Nathaniel
Dodd< no role > has Incurr'd and forfeited the sume of twenty
pounds besides Costs and Charges Therefore the
said James Baldwin< no role > Who as well for our Soveraigne
Lord the King as himselfe humbly prays Your
Warrant of Sumons in Order for Conviction and
Judgment against the said Nathaniel Dodd< no role > for
the sume of Twenty pounds With Reasonable
Costs and Charges as in and by the said Act is
Directed and Appointed
