Sues within the
division, tho out of
the Parish

John Fuller< no role > Esqrs ; but instead thereof hath procured his accompts to
be passed & allowed by Felix Feast< no role > & John Perry< no role > Esqrs . two of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County (but
dwelling out of the Division in which the said parish doth
lye) And that the petrs. beleive that there are considerable
sumes of money either misapplyed or in the hands of the
said John King< no role > belonging to the said parish, the sd John
King< no role > haveing frequently refused to obey severall Orders
signed by the sd John Fuller< no role > , which [..] they his reasonable tostet
beleive he hath brought to his accomot, And hat the Petrs.
therefore conceiveing themselves very much aggreived in
the Premisses & many other unwarrantable practices of
the sd. John King< no role > prayed that he may be obliged to make
yeild up & renderdeliverhis accompts before the sd Thomas
Rand< no role > & John Fuller< no role > Esqrs . such other justices of the peace
as dwell in the Division in which the sd parish doth lye
Or that they may be otherwise releived as this Court
shall think fit, Now upon hearing of what was alledgedinsisted on
by Mr. Serjt. Darnall of Councell for the Petrs. who insisted that
the allowance of the aforesaid accompts of the sd. John King< no role > by
the said Felix Feast< no role > & John Perry< no role > as aforesaid ought not
to be conclusive, but that such accompts ought to be further
inspected & examined into, and alsoe upon hearing of what
was insisted on by Mr. Corbett of Councell for the said John
King< no role > , And upon debate of the matter & hearing of what
was alledged on both sides This Court doth by Consent of aforesaid Councell on both Sides sett aside &
Vacate such allowance, Andby consent of the aforesaid
Councell on both sidesDoth Order that the said John King< no role >
doe attend Robert Thornhill< no role > John Offley< no role > Alexander Ward< no role > John
Pery< no role > John Fuller< no role > Felix Feast< no role > & Thomas Rand < no role > Esqrs . Justices
of the peace for this County or any Five of them(Quorum unus)
at such times & places as they shall appoint with a true and
perfect accompt of all sumes of money reced by him the said
John King< no role > or rated & sessed & not reced, and alsoe of such
stock as is inthere or of peticon handshis hands or in the hands
of any of the poor of the said parish to worke, and of all other
