County doe two days before the day of such Tryal one forth
their Writs of Venire Facias from the Clerk of the Peace
of this County And it is further Ordered by this Court that the
Clerks of the respective Justices of the Peace for this County
doe return & deliver to the Clerk of the Peace of this County or
his Deputy two full days before the beginning of every General
and Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for this County all
the Recognizances taken to that time before such Justices of the
Peace for the Appearance of any Person or Persons at such
General or Quarter Sessions And that all Petitions of Appeals
against any Orders of Settlement or adjudication for Bastardy
be preferred on the First or Second days of the General or
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for this County.
