There are to Certifie his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County at their Genall Quartr. Sessions of the peace now held for
the said County That upon hearing the Churchwardens and
Ovrseers of the poor of the parish of St. James Clerkenwell
Within menconed the said Petr. (not attending) It is our
Opinion that the petr. ought to Stand charged to the poors
rate of the sd. parish as rated the Year last past Which
Wee Submitt to the Judgmt. of this Court Given undr. our
hands this 26th. day of Aprill 1715 .
