of the parish of St Giles Cripplegate in the sd County

You are hereby Sumoned to attend his Maties Justices
of the peace to whom the peticon within written in
referred on Tuesday next which will be fifteenth
day of this instant March at tenn of the Clock
in the forenoon at the Hicks Hall Coffee House in
St John Street in the Said County in order that the
Petr. may be releived according to the prayr. of the
peticon within written or otherwise as the said Justices
ahall see cause. Given cardn. my band this 10th. day of
March Anno Dui 1714.

& Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County or
any two of them to sumon before them the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
in this County, and to examin into the truth of the Petrs.
complaint, and to certify their opinions touching the prmisses
within menconed unto this Court or to his Maties. Justices of the
peace at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held for this County.
