parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the
said County.

Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated four shillings and
Six pence P month towards the releife of the
Poor of the said parish for this present year
And he having Susteyned great Losses in the way
of his trade is not able to pay the said rate.

Yor: Petr: therefore humbly prays yor.
Worspps wilbe pleased to mittigate the
said Assessment as unto your Worspps
shall seem meet.
