The humble peticon and Appeal of William
Bradshaw
< no role > of the parish of St James Clerkenwell
in the said County

Sheweth

That your Petitioner is rated fourty Shillings P Anm towards the
relief of the Poor of the said Parish

That your Petitr: is a very Poor Man having susteined Great Losses
and was obliedged when he First came into the Parish. to Give Security
to the Churchwardens thereof to Indemnity the Parish and
being Aged and renting a house of noe more then Seaven
Pounds and Tenn Shillings p Anm Soe yr he is notable
to pay the said Rate and humbly conceives himselfe
aggrieved

Your Petitr therefore humbly prays
your Worspps will be pleased to
relieve him in the said Rate As
unto yor Worspps shall seeme Meete

And Yor. Petitr: shall ever pray Etc
