Upon reading the appeale within written & hearing of what was
alledged by the Petr. & alsoe byBrodrick on behalfe of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the hamblett of Ratcliffe in this County, [..]
asIt is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
unto Robert Kyrby< no role > Bastwick Johnson< no role > & John Poulson< no role > Esqrs . Justices of
the peace for this County or any two of them to Sumon before
them the sd. Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor, and to exami [..]
into the truth of the Petrs. complaint, and to certify their opinions
touching the premisses within menconed unto this Court on
Monday next at nine of the clock in the forenoon or to his Maties
Justices of the peace at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of
peace to be held for this County.

Wee whose Names are Subscribed two of her Mayties. Justices of the
peace of the said County mentioned in the within written Order haveing
wavened before as the Churchwardens and Overseers of Ratclife
within written and upon hearing what the Petrs. Timothy Ireland< no role >
could Say for himself and what the Church warden and Overseers could [..]
say against it [..] it appears into us that the Petr. Timothy Ireland< no role >
hath a Sallary or Pention of fifty pounds P Anm from the Governmed
who free held Epade of Sixteen pounds P Anm And the house he lives
in his own which used to goe at fourteen pounds P Anm and hath noe Children and that he
is rated noe were then his Neighbours Some of whome are supposed to be
in werser circumstances then the Petr. for these reasons wee thinks he is not
to be releived Given under Our heads the 9t day of March 1715
