The humble Peticon and appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Richmond in the
County of Surry.

Sheweth

That by Warrant dated 31 day of October last past under the hands
and Seales of Sir Godfrey Kneller< no role > Kt . and Thomas Vernon< no role > Esqr . Anne Ellott< no role > was
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Twickenham in this County to the Parish of
Richmond aforedsaid as the place of her last legall Settlement.

Your Peticoners finding themselves aggrieved by
the said Ordr. humbly appeal against the same and
pray a day may be appointed this prsent Sessions for
all Parties concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgement and Determinacon of the Court
touching this Appeal

And your Peticoners shall ever pray Etc.
