the sd. parish the first weekly paymt. thereof to comence & be
made on wednesday the seaven & twentyeth day of December
then next ensueing, And that she the sd Timian Marshall
should for her part pay into the same hand or hands weekly
& every week to comence & beginn as last aforesaid the
female bastard [..] childs continueing a charge to
the sd parish And did Order that imediately on sight of
the sd Order or of a time coppy thereof the sd Samuel
Hassie should enter into bond with Sufficient securitys
to the sd Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor
condiconed for the true performance of his part of the
sd. Order Or else to appeale against the same at the than
next Generall Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County, Against which said recited Order the said Samuel
Hassie exhibited his appeale unto her Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County assembled at the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace held for the same County by
adjornmt. on Monday the fifteenth day of January last
who adjorned the hearing of the sd appeale unto this
present Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for
the sd. County, Now upon heraing of what was insisted
on by Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the sd parish of Fulham and alsoe by Councell
for the sd, Samuel Hassie Forasmuch as it appeareth to
this Court that the Sd. Chruchwarden & Overseers of the
poor cannot be prepared to maintain & make good the
aforesaid Order of the sd two Justices of the peace at this
present Sessions It is at their request Ordered by this
Court that the hearing & determining of the sd appeal
be further adjorned untill he next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be held for this County, And
that the sd Samuel Hassie & alsoe the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the sd parish of Fulham &
all other parties concerned doe attend her Maties. Justices
of the peace for this County at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the same
County by adjornmt on Tuesday the third day of July
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare and
abide their Judgmt. & determinacon touching the said
appeale, But before the hearing of the sd. appeale the
said Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor are to pay
unto the sd. samuel Hassie the sume of twenty shillings
for his costs of this days attendance.
