date the One and Twentieth day of Aprill last under
the hands and Seales of R: Smith Esqr. and John
Stewart< no role > Esqr. Two of her Majts Justices of the Peace
for the said County [..] removed from the
Parish f St. Mary White Chappell in the said
County unto your Petitioners said Parish of St
Martin in the Fields to be maintained and
provided for by which order your Petitioners
(with humble Submission) think themselves
wronged and aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore do humbly
Pray Your Worships to hear and
determine the same

And your Petitioners as in duty
