Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order dated the Fourth day of June last
under the Hands and Seales of Philip Howard< no role > and John Tully< no role > Esqrs.
Two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the sd County of
Middx and Libty of Westmr . (Quor unus) one John Watson< no role > and
Anne< no role > his wife were removed from the Parish of St. James at Westminstr
in the County aforesd. to the said Parish of St. Etherburga as the place of last
legall Settlemt. of the said John Walton< no role > .

That Yor. Peticoners find themselves aggreived by the said
Warrant or Ordr. of the said Two Justices, and humbly Appeale
agat. the Same to this Honble. Court,

Yor. Peticonrs. therefore humbly Pray yor. Wopps
will be pleased to Order the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the Said Parish of St. James
at Westminstr. and all other persons somerned to
attend this Court Some day this Prsent Sessions to
heare and abide the Judgment and determinacon of
this Court upon & touching the sd Appeale, & yt. yor. Peticonrs.
may have Such releife herein as to yor. Wopps shall Seem
meet Etc.
