On His Oath saith that this Morning he Had
Stolen from, His shopp at Cow Cross near Smith
-feild Barrs The Carcass of A sheep; value about
Tenn Shilling's And that this Day one John
Howell was Crying Mutton along the street
which this Depont looking upon doth on
his oath say & beleve that it was part of the sheep
that was Stolen form & in, this Depont
Knowing it by some marke's (viz) Braces
that is had in the Back and shoulder& She
Mutton She sd John Howell< no role > had in His
Custody Haveing Braces in the same place as this
Deponts: Sheep had
