The Confession of John Long< no role > taken before Ra:
Bucknall
< no role > Esqr one of Her Majties. justices of the
peace for the sd County

Confesseth and Saith, that he Knoweth nothing
of A Robbery Lately committed upon the Highway
upon William Cuer< no role > and John Nicoll< no role > and
was not Concerned therein. (which Robbery is
Charged by then to be commited in Tybourne Road
near Tybourne, about five or Six A Clock
in the evening on Wednesday the ninth day of
Novembr Last part,) but was at house at
His owne Lodgeing at one Mr Bells in phenix
Street in parish st Gyles's in the feilds, from
Two A Clock in the afternoone, on the sd ninth day
of novembr Last and Continued all the sd
night following in his Lodgeing.And as for
the Knife and fork & Handcrife now produced
this Examt Denies, that they was taken
upon him or from him And knowes nothing
of them.
