County.

Dush on their Oathes Say Shot on Wednesday the ninth
Day of Novembr Last , past, they being upon the Road
comeing to London, near Tybourne wea [..] Sett upon
by four foot Linen, (these Deponts being on Horseback,
with one other person in their Company, being about
five or Six A Clock in evening at which time, There was Taken
From these Deponts, by the sd four persons, viz, from the
sd Wm: Cuer,Two bend G [..] as he maketh oath, Tweleve
Guineas, A Silver Watch value Six pounds A Tobacco box
A Snuff Box, & A Knife & fork & Handcrife, which
said Knife fork & Handcrife wear found in the Lodging
Roome of John Long< no role > the prisoner now present, who
Lodge's at one Mr: Bells in phenix Street in parish of
St Gyles's in the feilds ; upon Search Last night. The
Knife and fork wear found in A pair of Breeches Lying
upon the Bed where the sd John Long was then Laying
And the Handcrife upon A Table by in the same Roome [..]
And the sd John Nicoll< no role > on his Oath saith that the
Knife fork and Handcrife wear found, & Taken upon
Search as aforesd, And further on his Oath saith that
on the sd Ninth day of Novembr as above sd, he was
Robed of and Taken from him Thirty six Giunes in Gold
And as Much Silver as makes it up forty pounds & upwards
And the sd Wm Cuer and John Nicoll such on their oathes
say that they doeandSuspecet and beleve the sd John
Long, To be one of the four persons, that Robbed them
as above sd
