Overseers of the poor of the Town of New: Brentford in the
parish of Hanwell in this County.

Sheweth

That by an ordr. dated the 30th. day of Novembr last past
undr. the hands and Seals of Thomas Cullum< no role > and Rd. Merewether< no role > Esqr
two of her Majties. Justices of the peace for this County; Richard < no role > and Sarah
Yates< no role > , Children of Thomas Yates< no role > , were removed from the parish of
Ealing in this County to the Town of Brentford in the parish of Hanwill
aforesd, as the place of then last legall settlement

That yor. petr. conceiveing themselves Aggrieved by the Judgement
of the sd tato Justices doe humbly Appeale to yor Worshipps thereforem

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray yor. Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day this prsent Sessions that the Church
warden & Overseers of the poor of the parish of Ealing
may attend this Court to heard and abide the Judgemt & determinacon thereof
touching this Appeale,
