It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westmr in this County have notice of this
peticon and that they doe attend this Court on Saturday next at ten of the clock
in the forenoon toshew cause why theyanswer their contempt in refuseing to
allow the petr. a pencon of two shillings P week pursuant to the within
menconed Orders of Sr. Henry Dutton< no role > Colt Bart . one of her maties Justices of
the peace for this County, as they & every of them will answer the contrary
at their peril
