That your Petr. tando Bound before the Worspll Justice
Steward for your Petrs. appearance in this Honble Court
this prsent Sessions for assaulting of One John Streete< no role > and
Breaking his Head near Ratcliffe Crosse in this County As
by the Recognizance may appear.

That your Petr. is Ready by Severall Creddible Wittnesses
to Make appear to this Honble Court that att the Same time
the said assault was Made and the aforesd abusegiven yor.
Petr. was at the Sweeds Armes in St. Katherine which is
above a Mile Distance from the place where the said assault
and abuse was Made ye given and for asmuchas your petrs.
Tickett being out On accompt of which he is Obleidged
forthwitts to Repair On Board the sd. Shipp and there
being yoe Judictmt. preferred again it your petr. in this
Honble Court On Accompt of the sd. Matter and he
being Buformed neo such wilbe.
