been concerned in and advised with Concerning
the indisposition and State of heath of Jno.
Hall
< no role > of Cocks lodge the person deposing and
makeing the Affidavit hereunto amide dd maketh
Oath that by all the Symtoms he this Depont. can
find or perceive by the said Hall he this Depont.
is persuaded that the said Hall is very much
afflicted and honbled with the Gravell or Stone
insomuch that he this Depont. verily beleives
if the said John Hall< no role > were to undertake a Journey
from Corks lodge the place of his aboad to London
being upwards of [..] it would

been and now is afflicted with come distemper we Eat
for that time he has not been nor now is not able to work
a good Days work Dated this thirtieth Day of June Anno
