on his Oash saith that his mornng he had Felloniously Stolen
from him out of his House four Silver Tankards A Silver
Salner A Gilt Spoone A Gold Chaine, A Silverharsh
and diners other Goods and Same Mony. which his Depont
this day Searching after he find part of the sd place
with same Linnen of His Sd Goods, (Viz) A Silver Salner
Two Tankards A Gold Chaine and Some Linnen, in the
Coxlodey and possession & found in the House of Richd Britt< no role >
in Cross Lane parrh St Martins in ye feilds the sd Goods
being in A Ground Roome Consdated under some Raggs
and one Mary Johnson< no role > [..] and Jane Jenkinson< no role >
in the Sd Roome where the sd Goods was found as about sd
which sd Jane Jenkinson< no role > told and Confessed to his Depont
that Elizabeth Jones< no role > had given her some part of the sd
Goods to sell (viz) A great Tankard and A Little one

Searching after diners peices of plate he fined part of
the sd plate as is above expresed and A Gold Chaine he firmd
upon the person of Mary Johnson< no role > pushed [..] it being [..] out of her
Fosome which is the Gold Chaine stolen from him
and that this Day [..] he finds there is more stolen
from at the hire aforesd A fine Ginney peice of Gold
