Saft past sell unto Alexander Rippin< no role > of the Towne and County of
Newcastle upon Tine Marriner a Dark grey Nave with a [..]
or settle back five years old in Moey Saft which this Depont
bought of Cuthbert Marshall< no role > of Newcastle upon Tyne about
Martinmas Saft And this Depont. is informed that the said Alex
Rippin< no role > is charged with Stealing the said Mare and likely to be
indicted for the same at the next generall Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for the County of Middlesex And this Depart. a hoe
saith that the said Rippin had the said Mare from this Depont.
as aforesaid which this Depont. should depose upon Oath at the
Tryall if he were able to travell soe farr But this Depont. furher
Maketh Oath that he now is in soe very badd State of health
and such a Sangnishing Condition that without a manifest
hazard of his life he is not able to travell soe long a Journey
it being between Cocks lodge aforesaid (the place of this
Deponts. a boaes) and the Citty of London Seven hundred
Miles and upwards
