the sd County doe hereby certifie to his Maties Justices
[..] att the next Genal quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held for this County that pursuant to a late Act of
Parliamt made in the second year of the reign of his
Psent Maties & the late Queen Mary Entituled An Act
for paveing & cleansing the Streets in the Cities of
London & Westmr. & Suburbs & Libties thereof & out Pishe [..]
in the County of Midd & in the Borough of Southwar
& other places within the weekly bills of mortality
within the County of Surrey & for regulateing the
Marketts therein menconed Wee have viewed a ctain [..]
New Street or way called Horder street & also a ctain
other new street or way called Tweed street in the
seval pishes of st James & st Ann within the Libty of Westmr
in the sd County of Midd And upon our sd view doe find that
some pte of the sd Streets are well paved with Stone
& that the othr Pte of the said Streets pticularly the
ground before the respective dwelling houses of Mr Tho:
Adey< no role > Mr. Richard Stacey< no role > Mrs Ann Dunford< no role > , John Broom< no role >
& Tho: Hudson< no role > in the sd Streets called warder Street &
Tweed street containinge five hundred foot more or less
remains unpaved which is a great Nusance & in wett [..]
Weather is allmost unpassable Wee doe therefore adjudge
both the sd streets fitt & convenient to be paved [..] with
stone on both sides the way the whole Lenghth & breadth
thereof that is now unpaved as aforesaid Given und [..]
