Containe Chargeable to the Same Pish And whereas Itt,

the Said Susanna [..] ben before as upon oath That william

Kings Bench prison in Southwarke in the County of Surey

of the said Female Bastard child as also by the oaths of

the said Female Bastard Child & delivered her thereof a [..]
Phillis Hall< no role > & [..] who were then likewise both
psence that [..] Cause did in the Extremity of
Travaill [..] Cooke to be the true

or one of them [..] three pounds & four shillings
Lawfull money [..] on demand thereof Edwards

lawfull memry and to Continue the Said weekly payment
soe long as the said female bastard child shall be a Charge [..]

discharge the said pish of such charge & Burthen as shall
